But if you are in the Gulf of roots of jazz, you will see the opposite. Jazz is an art of expression in the form of music. jazz music in the life of the fundamental human right.

Jazz tradition evolved from the lifestyle of the black community in America, which has been oppressed. Initially, the tradition began with the influence of tribal percussion and gospel music, blues and cry on the ground (cries of farmers). His birth process has shown that jazz was closely linked to life and defense of human life and expression.

The interesting thing is that jazz music to the origin of the word “jazz” is derived from a vulgar term used for sexual acts. Most jazz rhythms has never been involved in prostitution, and women with a bad reputation.

Then on the way to jazz, he eventually became an art form of jazz music, both in composition and improvisation, which reflects the spontaneous melodies. Usually jazz musicians have expressed their feelings were uncomfortable explained that because this music is great to be felt in the heart.

jazz legend began in New Orleans and grew up in Mississippi, Memphis, St. Louis, Chicago and finally. Of course, jazz has been influenced by the music of New Orleans, African tribal drums and the structure of European-style music. Jazz context could not be separated from events in which jazz has been influenced by a variety of music such as sacred music, cakewalks, ragtime and blues.

One of the legends of jazz who has thought about the legend of 1891. The store owner to shave their heads to New Orleans, named Buddy Bolden blew his cornet, and time is returned becomes jazz music as a new breakthrough in the music world. Half a century later, the music of American jazz has given many contributions to the world of music. We also studied jazz at university, and eventually became a serious music and was calculated by the music world.

Jazz as a folk art began to spread to virtually all of American society in the 1920s (The Jazz Age). Jazz is more popular in the swing in the 1930s and peaked in the 1950s as a modern jazz. In the 20s and early 30s, “jazz” became a common word.

The influence and development of blues music could not be left in the examination of jazz in the early years of its development. Expressions that shone when playing the Blues were in-line with the style of jazz. The ability to play the blues became the standard for all jazz musicians, especially for use in improvisation.

Blues music itself, which was from the southern region has a very broad history. Blues players usually used guitar, piano and harmonica, or joined in a group that played Performed his own musical instruments.

There are different types of jazz music, each with its own origin and style. Jazz is very different from all other types of music and can be recognized around the world with a unique flair to America. Jazz had its beginnings in the United States, but is regarded now as thrown a perfect mixture of African culture with him.

There are four different parts of the jazz music are rhythm, harmony, melody, and tonal qualities. No matter what kind of jazz you like, you’ll be able to find a club that suits your tastes. There are many experimental jazz clubs pop up everywhere, even in many European cities where all types of music are welcome and appreciated.

A style of jazz is as a Work Song. She is upbeat and rhythmically fast because it was used to go to work faster. The Work Song is repeated over and not as a modern form. The tendency will be jazz with Afro-Americans associated with. This is probably the rhythm that the least-popular style of jazz today accounts.

New Orleans Jazz is another style that debuted in the early 1890s, the American history. He began marching songs and gospel songs in brass band performances will be used. One of the main leaders of this style is the famous conductor, William Basie, otherwise known for his band, the Count Basie Orchestra. This style of jazz is still popular today.

The Chicago Style of jazz started in the late 1917’s. Chicago, known as one of the first jazz clubs in the country drew many musicians from southern states such as the prohibition forced people to the north in search of new jobs and places wander where they could play this new kind of jazz. During this time, the piano at the bottom of the Jazz has a renowned brand new Chicago jazz style.

World War II came and went transforming jazz yet again. This era is when Bebop was born. Bebop fuses fast tempo with changing rhythmic patterns and is a softer, lighter sound. Bebop will often focus on a solo performer, rather than the whole band.

As you can see, the jazz is developing, without being a part of his training in his original roots. Jazz is a style of music that changes with time and the different perspectives of his listeners. One reason that jazz remains popular and alive is its ability to adapt to the world lives in.

Today there are many people love jazz. In fact, almost every household has someone who stops moving his cool rhythm and tempo love. However, jazz is music is not so simple because it all started. Based in fact, about the origins of jazz, has this kind of music genre had its share of time before he strikes to low popularity. While jazz is now appreciated by many people, there was a time in history, if it is not as accepted as it is today.

Somehow, the popularity of jazz and its unpopularity was beginning to be clearly identified with its black music than to do. But now, when it comes to issues of racial discrimination began to decrease slowly, one can say that jazz playing, not only for blacks, but also knows, is here to stay.

In general, the origin of the Jazz was expected to have in New Orleans from spreading to Chicago, then Kansas City, then New York and eventually started in the West Coast. Both the song and the instrumental parts of the blues are known to be essential that we are still concentrated in the genre today. There were and there are many types of nature and it was all with Ragtime, which officially began in New Orleans or Dixieland jazz as well known, began. Then, after that it swing to jazz, which was known as a bop or bebop. Cool jazz, or progressive and then, subsequently replaced by the hard bop and neo-bop.

Then there was the third stream and the modern and mainstream jazz-type dance, like many people, which is Latin jazz. Of course, Rock and Roll also has its influence on the genre with the publication of jazz-rock, which eventually followed by the avant-garde, was, or what is commonly known as free jazz.

Actually commenced, the origin of jazz has in recent years of the 19th Century and was derived from the working title of the blacks, their songs of pain, called their territory, were their songs and spiritual songs, melodic rhythmic and harmonic elements, which have been regarded as dominated by the African influence. However, because it was considered a musical genre that is improvised, spontaneous and emotional in nature and because it is primarily associated with black jazz does not get the level of insight that deserves.

It was the European public has shown more cordial reception, jazz, what jazz musicians of America in this country are working on their business. Jazz just won a wider audience in adaptations or imitations of it made from white orchestra. In the second half of 1930, when he must have known, is a legitimate entertainment, and when Benny Goodman concert set up at Carnegie Hall in groups of mixed racial origin.

The world of music of the 20th Century saw the entry of light and ambient music with Afro-American jazz. Originally from the southern USA, jazz music is a mixture of African and European music. It includes the use of blue notes, improvisation, syncopation and swing notes.

Jazz was the first time in relation to the music of Chicago in the early 20th Century used. He has in several other subgenres such as New Orleans Dixieland, big band-style swing, bebop, jazz, Afro-Cuban jazz, Brazilian, jazz-rock fusion, and the more recent acid jazz developed.

Also in 1920, Jelly Roll Morton played with the Kings of New Orleans Rhythm and history as the first collaborative mixed-race registration. Big bands like those of Fletcher Henderson, Duke Ellington and Earl Hines played the most important places and paved the way for the development of big band jazz-swing style.

Maybe you could use a bit of “gospel” in jazz, eh? Maybe you just want to take an old song and enter the update name a few. Then you need to load an entire arsenal of gospel jazz arrangements.

Gospel jazz chords involve extending the agreement of the dominant seventh with complementary tones. Agreement ninth, 11th and 13 are all used in gospel jazz. These extensions of the dominant fundamental seventh. If you do not know what a dominant seventh chord, here’s the rundown.

The dominant seventh is by making a basic triad, which is formed 1-3-5, and adding a B7. In the key of C, you have to play the notes C, E, G and BB. C-Agreement is used by the C, E and G formed The major seventh is B, so that up to half a step to BB. Play this string and see what it points to some great blues and jazz. The agreement of C dominant seventh chord is written as C7.

Now you will learn the theory a little more to understand the gospel, jazz chords. Since the notes of a major scale are numbered 1-7, which will come the ninth tone? It has expanded the scale of an octave. After the seventh signals, the root of the scale, which is called the eighth tone of the scale. During the ninth tone is the second, only one octave higher. Added to a chord of the ninth, with a dominant seventh and ninth.

The strings of 11 and 13 are similar. The tone of the scale 11 is only one octave above the fourth, during the 13th is an octave above the sixth. The 13th used is one of the greatest gospel jazz chords. By extending the agreements of these two extremes, you can hear some interesting sounds and overtones develop in a well-tuned instrument.

Since all knowledge is of such agreements easily played on the piano, so the resulting sound can get a little mud. Some tones to a collision with other colors. A conflict is when two tones a half away from each other are together to be played. Sometimes conflict is useful, while other times it is not. For these reasons, the low notes are often extended by agreement Gospel Jazz excluded. Take the ninth chord, for example. The fifth is often dropped from the agreement at a special emphasis on the third, seventh and ninth of the string sounds. Try it and you hear the difference.

While all this seems a little complicated at first, comes the simple string theory, of course, gospel jazz with a little practice. Try these chords in different keys, ignore the sounds of the various agreements, and know what gospel jazz chords sound better for you. These strings are in other styles of jazz are used as well. Even popular music today uses leaf extended gospel jazz chords. Tasteful use of these agreements can spice up even the ordinary of the hymns and gospel songs.

The largest of these, known as the Greater Antilles, include the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. In addition there are dozens of small tropical islands arched between the north coast of South America and the larger islands, known as the Lesser Antilles, all offering year-round good weather, golden coral sand beaches, lush landscapes and calm turquoise waters.

As a result, the Caribbean has long been known as a resort vacation destination for honeymooners and retirees, but in recent years, a significant amount of visitors have been attracted by the many jazz festivals held in the region. These appeal to jazz aficionados of all levels, whether you’ve only just discovered the magic of Miles Davis’ seminal ‘Kind of Blue’ or whether you keep your iPod stocked with the latest releases from Blue Note.

The most popular of these is the St. Lucia Jazz Festival, held annually on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. Initially held in order to extend the tourist season into May, which had previously been a relatively quiet period, it soon attracted a sizeable audience thanks in no small part to coverage on the BET J television network. Today it is a well-established fixture on the jazz festival calendar, attracting international and local acts playing jazz, R&B and calypso. Past performers at the event include Herbie Hancock, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, George Benson, The Isley Brothers, Santana, UB40, Lauryn Hill, Luther Vandross, Smokey Robinson and Courtney Pine.
